DAY 1 arrival and welcome 
Begin your journey from Sydney with a scenic 1.5-hour road trip southwest along the Hume Motorway, transitioning from the bustling city to the tranquil heart of the Southern Highlands.    

On your way [ or on your way home] book a tour at Mussett Holdings Regenerative Farm A family-owned farm In the Southern Highlands focused on doing the right thing for the environment, the animals, and the community, producing fresh and nutrient rich, local food.  Pick up fresh local salads, mushrooms to enjoy with your dinner.        

Afternoon: Upon arrival, self-check into your premium Dome nestled within the Farm's lush surroundings. Unpack and connect with nature, explore the area around your domes, go on a rejuvenating bushwalk through the neighbouring Nattai National Park, a sanctuary renowned for its natural beauty and tranquil landscapes.      

Be welcomed back to your Dome with a curated platter accompanied by finest local wine, setting the tone for an evening of relaxation and indulgence.  Set up on your private outdoor area, inside by the fire or outside in your private picnic spot. 

Evening: Experience the epitome of pasture-to-plate dining with an exquisite dinner using premium Full Blood Japanese Wagyu beef from our neighbour’s Farm – Paddocks of High Range. Prepped and ready for you to cook & enjoy in the privacy of your dome.   

Day 2: Local Exploration and Culinary Delights 
Morning: Awaken to a Gourmet Morning Delight, with a breakfast pack that promises a gastronomic start to your day, featuring local Wagyu sausages, artisanal bread, Farm-fresh eggs, and delightful jams.    

Mid-Morning/ Lunch: Visit Joadja Distillery and historic village for a fascinating historical tour of this hidden valley, full of mystery, intrigue, and drama.  Learn about the distillation process, tasting of their finely crafted spirits, and the story behind their products.  You can order a picnic box or take your own lunch.  

Mid Afternoon - Return to your dome and relish moments inside by the warmth of the fire or out on your heated deck. Whether you're lost in a book, engaged in a game, or simply soaking in the natural surroundings, this is your sanctuary to unwind and connect with the serene beauty of nature.       

Evening: Conclude your day with a culinary adventure at Eschalot, where modern Australian cuisine meets the charm of the Southern Highlands in a historic setting, promising an unforgettable dining experience.    

Day 3: Nature, local exploration & seafood experience
Morning: Take a silent walk in our untouched paddock, nestled alongside the Nattai National Park, immerse yourself in the voices of the bush, the songs of our many native birds and the rustle of wildlife. Early risers are often rewarded with sightings of kangaroos and wombats.     

Mid-Morning:  Tractorless Vineyard, offering so much more than a wine tasting, take a walking tour through their Tractorless Vineyard, and learn about biodynamic and sustainable winemaking, along with a guided tasting or celebrate by getting messy & take part in tier Grape Stomping experiences.     

Lunch & Afternoon:   Nearby Berrima is the best-preserved Georgian village in mainland Australia. The self-guided Berrima Heritage Walk takes you past all the historic sites, including a drink at the Surveyor General Inn, one of the country’s oldest pubs. Enjoy a casual lunch at Baked in Berrima, experience the many unique shops including the Alpaca barn and Village Pottery    

Evening: Retreat to your Dome for a special dinner, indulging in a menu rich with fresh seafood delicacies supplied by Glass Café & Bistro, delivered directly to your door for a private, ocean-flavoured feast under the stars. Seafood platters are thoughtfully prepared for easy self-service and barbecue cooking, complete with clear instructions. Our guests have raved about this delightful and interactive experience, perfect for enjoying together.

Day 4: Reflection   
Morning: Savour a leisurely breakfast at Scribbly Farm, allowing time for reflection on the memorable experiences and lasting connections forged during your stay.    

Mid-Morning: Enjoy a coffee at our friends at Coffee Culture Mittagong or Bowral. Pop into Bowral and explore Dirty Janes a Vintage Shoppers Paradise or visit the famous Bradman Oval and museum. 

Lunch Pop into Artemis winery for a pizza or share platter.
