Steve: A Local Craftsman
A proud Southern Highlander and former Waratah rugby player and local coach, Steve brings the spirit of the land to life. His connection to the local Bullio Sheep Station heritage and his craftsmanship as a builder inspires the Farm’s authenticity and sustainability. The premium Domes’ elegant finishes and furnishings, Much of which is crafted from timber milled right on the Farm, are a testament to Steve’s dedication to preserving the beauty of nature.

Ally: The Creative Soul
Originally from the UK, Ally found her heart’s calling in the Australian bush, alongside her Aussie love, Steve. Her background in media and a refined taste for gastronomy lend a sophisticated yet warm touch to Scribbly Farm's events. From bushwalks to gourmet gatherings, every detail reflects Ally’s flair and love for creating memorable experiences.

This commitment extends to using our own milled timber, eco-friendly toiletries and cleaning products, supporting local ecosystems and promoting environmental stewardship in every detail.

In a spirit of reconciliation, we commit to understanding and honouring the rich cultural heritage and values of Indigenous peoples. Blessed to neighbour Nattai National Park, the traditional lands of the Dharawal and Gundangarra Aboriginal peoples, we strive to cultivate deeper connections and mutual respect. We will soon be offering educational initiatives, cultural experiences, and active engagement with the Country that surrounds us.
